Shipping
Domestic Shipping!
Currently I am only shipping within the U.S. All orders have a flat rate of $5 for shipping regardless of how many cards you purchase!
Packaging!
All cards will come sleeved and inside of a top-loader or a card saver, depending on the amount of cards purchased! Those will then be placed in a larger sleeve for more protection! All orders ship in a bubble mailer or box!
Insurance and Claims!
All packages have insurance to cover them in case of loss or damage! If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me as soon as possible as this is a time sensitive affair! If damaged, please take pictures of the entire package as you received it as well as the shipping label to be provided as evidence!
Returns
How to Return
Currently I am not accepting any returns due to a "Change of Mind". However if there is something wrong with your order, please be sure to let me know as soon as possible and I will walk you through the process!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel arrives to you damaged or you have received the incorrect items, please contact me asap! For damages I handle filing the Insurance claims and your order will be eligible for a refund, or a replacement depending on the situation. If you received incorrect items, then I will be happy to offer free return shipping and an exchange or refund!
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be allowed for any damage occurred while in transit, or if you received the wrong items!
